I was extremely happy with Lory's work. I only had a short window of time to get the floor of our new house refinished before we had to move in with all of our furniture, and Lory was very flexible, working within our timeframe and schedule, and on short notice. I explained that all I wanted was simple refinishing to improve the appearance a bit until we are able to replace the floors in a couple years. Lory understood and didn't try to up-sell me. Even though Lory did the work on a shortened time frame, the final result is the floor looks really excellent - even better than I had hoped.
